1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern your use of Tranzo. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Tranzo is a free, browser-based peer-to-peer file transfer service. We provide the infrastructure (signaling server and TURN relay) to facilitate direct connections between users' browsers. We do not store, process, or inspect the content of file transfers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Tranzo to:
- Transfer illegal content, including but not limited to: CSAM, pirated software, or stolen data
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer the service
- Use automated tools to flood the signaling server
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
4. Content Responsibility
Because file transfers are peer-to-peer and encrypted, Tranzo cannot inspect the content of transfers. You are solely responsible for the legality of content you send or receive. We reserve the right to block IP addresses engaged in abuse.
5. No Warranty
Tranzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, transfer success, or data preservation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tranzo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
